"I am a loyal Hilton guest, consistently booking through Ctrip for all my travels. My wife and I recently visited Linyi for Jiang Yuheng's concert, and it was a fantastic, incredibly enjoyable experience! Hilton's quality never disappoints; our stay was excellent, and we were thoroughly satisfied. The hotel offers comprehensive amenities. The laundry room, in particular, was excellent, leaving our clothes clean and fresh. The staff were exceptionally warm and hospitable. When the delivery robot couldn't reach our floor, a staff member immediately brought our food up, which was a truly thoughtful gesture and deeply appreciated. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I will definitely continue to choose Hilton for future trips, as their quality consistently meets my expectations. Thank you so much! Thumbs up!"

"The hotel front desk and service staff were excellent. Before check-in, a customer service representative contacted us in advance to confirm our arrival time and inquire about the number of guests and if we were driving. The negative feedback comes from the breakfast. Breakfast officially ends at 10 AM, but when we arrived at 9 AM, many dishes were already gone. Upon asking, the staff informed us they wouldn't be replenished. We didn't get to try the local specialty, 'Sa Tang' (a type of porridge). The juice dispenser dispensed what was clearly just water. The coffee machine wasn't cleaned promptly enough, leading to it being out of order. Many items that required manual preparation were not made or displayed, even after an hour of waiting. Even basic fried rice and fruit were not refilled. The room cleanliness was generally good, and the bedding was changed after each guest. However, the small table had dust on it, requiring multiple wipes with a wet tissue."

Traveling with a child always adds a layer of concern, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that every one of those worries was gently addressed by the thoughtful care here. The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the unexpected room upgrade. Our originally booked room type was quietly upgraded to a more spacious and comfortable one. The bright floor-to-ceiling windows offered gentle views of Linyi's streetscape, feeling like an unexpected gift that instantly elevated the quality of our stay. This silent yet profound gesture of thoughtfulness made us, first-time visitors, feel truly at home and welcomed. This warmth was further exemplified and brought to life in the lobby bar. An employee named Shi Keqian, with her genuine smile and friendly demeanor, made a rich, aromatic handcrafted coffee that, with each sip, seemed to melt away the lingering travel fatigue. What warmed our hearts even more was her thoughtful attention to our child – she specially offered some delicate and adorable cookies. The smile on our child's face, clutching the cookies, was more captivating than any scenic view. Ms. Shi's genuine kindness wasn't just part of a service protocol; it was a heartfelt expression of hospitality that made this hotel feel less like a temporary lodging and more like the home of a warm and welcoming Linyi friend. On a separate note, the swimming pool and other facilities, including their service, were quite disappointing. After a swim, we found there was virtually no body wash or shampoo available in the showers. When we inquired, we were met with various excuses. This really detracts from the overall experience at such a large, high-star hotel!"

"I had a great stay at this hotel during my trip to Linyi. It’s conveniently located about 15-20 minutes from the airport, making it a very practical choice for travelers. The hotel has a charming Chinese style that gives it a unique local touch. The room was very clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, which made for a restful night after a long day of travel. Although the reception staff doesn’t speak English, they were extremely kind and helpful, always doing their best to assist me with anything I needed. Overall, this hotel was perfect for my trip. It had everything I needed: a good location, cleanliness, and friendly service. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Linyi in the future."

It's only a 1-kilometer walk from the Olympic Sports Park, a short 10-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for both tourist attractions and the shopping district. Second, the ambiance is truly stunning. The lobby is stylishly decorated, simple yet elegant. The room was spotlessly clean, odorless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Furthermore, the amenities were comprehensive and thoughtful. The room included an HDTV and high-speed Wi-Fi, making catching up on TV and surfing the internet a breeze. The bathroom had plenty of hot water at a consistent temperature, making a warm shower a perfect way to unwind after a long day. Disposable toiletries were also provided, and they were of excellent quality, saving you the trouble of having to pack a bunch of stuff. Most notable was the service. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The front desk process was quick, and they patiently answered all our questions. Room service was also prompt; any requests we made were promptly addressed. Upon departure, the staff even offered to carry our luggage and walk us to the door, a truly heartwarming experience. Overall, it was a truly pleasant stay, offering excellent value for money. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to everyone."

"Perfect for business trips! It's only two kilometers from the train station, making it super easy to catch my train. The room has black tea bags, which are great for warming up. The front desk provides a sewing kit, so I could mend my clothes if needed. The laundry room on the second floor has a dryer, so I can wear dry clothes even on rainy days. There's a parcel locker in the lobby, which is super convenient for picking up packages! Such a pleasant surprise! It's a short walk to the MixC Night Market, which is really lively in the evenings. The hotel was newly renovated in 2024, so all the facilities are brand new. The front desk staff offered service with a smile and even gave me a small gift. The breakfast had fresh hot dishes, and the freshly made wontons were delicious. The room insulation was excellent, so I slept like a baby!"
